I’m new to this.

Hey, so here goes, this is my first ever blog post!!

Its the season of change, the leaves are falling, the colder nights have officially drawn in. The clocks have gone back, it's the season of pumpkin spiced lattes and cosy nights in.

It's also been a season of change for me art wise. In September my youngest started school, meaning more time for me to focus on my art, painting and generally trying to keep my house in a more ordered state, 🤣 those with kiddos will know, it's a near impossible task. Anyhow, I digress...

So yes painting... I'm really enjoying getting into the flow of my new found work life, I love working from home from my little studio space, it's lovely and bright and I love creating in it.

Any way, I hope this blog is a space where I can share my art journey with you all, a space to create, have fun and inspire others.

I also thought I'd share my fav quote, that I have framed up in my studio.

I LOVE this quote, it really helps me when I can't seem to get the idea I have in my head and get it onto the canvas. It always inspires me to keep going. So I hope it encourages you today too.
